Create an SOP

Create a new SOP to document processes, recipes, service standards, or training materials.

Where to find it

  • Library > New SOP

Steps

  1. Open Library.
  2. Click New SOP.
  3. Enter a title and summary.
  4. Choose a category (or leave it in General Library).
  5. Choose SOP type:
    • Modular: a sequence of modules
    • PDF: a single uploaded document
  6. Save the SOP.

After saving

  • For Modular SOPs, you will be taken to the modules manager to add steps.
  • For PDF SOPs, upload the PDF so staff can view it in-app.

Tips

  • Keep titles short and specific.
  • Use summaries to explain when the SOP applies.
