Troubleshooting

Use these checks if something does not look right.

No data showing

  • Confirm the correct restaurant is selected.
  • Make sure you have access to that restaurant.
  • Refresh the page or sign out and sign back in.

Missing menu items or SOPs

  • Confirm items or SOPs exist for the selected restaurant.
  • For SOPs, make sure the document has at least one module.

Premium features are locked

  • Open Billing in the web app to confirm status.
  • Activate the restaurant slot if it is inactive.
