Add a restaurant

Use this flow when your company needs another restaurant record inside Servero.

Who can do this​

This is a company-level action. In practice, it is for Owners, Admins, and Operating Partners.

Important plan note​

The current app treats Add Restaurant as a paid feature. If the page is locked, your company needs an active paid plan before you can continue.

If you already have a paid plan but no open slot, you may need to:

  • add another slot in Billing, or
  • deactivate an existing restaurant first

Steps​

  1. Open Tools > Add Restaurant.
  2. Choose the company, if more than one appears.
  3. Enter the restaurant name and display name.
  4. Add the time zone and address if you have them.
  5. Create the restaurant.

After that, Servero sends you into the normal setup flow so you can finish branding, menus, and SOPs.

If you get blocked​

  • No access to the tool usually means your role is missing company-level permissions.
  • A slot or billing warning usually means the company needs paid coverage for another active restaurant.
