Restaurant slots

Slots decide which restaurants currently receive paid Servero coverage.

Where to find it​

  • Billing > Manage slot usage on the web app

How slots behave​

  • Each active restaurant uses one slot.
  • Inactive restaurants keep their data, but premium tools stay hidden for that location.
  • Archived restaurants do not count toward active slot usage.

Turn a restaurant on or off​

  1. Open Manage slot usage.
  2. Find the restaurant in the list.
  3. Click Disable slot to free coverage, or Enable slot to use an open slot.

If you try to enable a restaurant without open capacity, Servero blocks the change and tells you to add slots or disable another restaurant first.

When to add slots​

Add slots when you need another restaurant active at the same time. Billing updates the Stripe subscription immediately, and Stripe handles the proration.
