Invoices
Invoices live inside the Billing page so finance questions stay in the same place as plan changes.
Where to find them
- Tools > Billing on the web app
What the invoice list shows
- invoice date
- status
- amount and currency
- a link to open the Stripe invoice
Common cases
- If the list is empty, the company may not have generated any invoices yet.
- If an invoice is past due or unpaid, open the billing portal and fix the payment method there.
- If you changed slot counts recently, expect proration to show up on the next invoice.
