Create and edit quizzes

Use the quiz editor to create or update a staff quiz.

Where to find it

  • Tools > Staff Quizzing > New Quiz
  • Tools > Staff Quizzing > Edit on any quiz

Steps

  1. Open Staff Quizzing.
  2. Click New Quiz (or open an existing quiz).
  3. Add a title and description.
  4. Add multiple-choice questions and choose the correct answer.
  5. Optional: add topics or explanations for each question.

Changes auto-save while you work.

Reorder questions

Use the up/down controls on each question to move it in the list.

Tips

  • Keep quizzes short (5–10 questions).
  • Use clear, single-answer questions.
  • Archive old quizzes to keep the list clean.
