Push notifications

Push notifications keep staff up to date on announcements and quiz activity.

Enable notifications​

  1. Open Profile > Notifications.
  2. Turn on Push Notifications and approve the system prompt.

iOS settings​

If notifications are disabled at the system level, enable them in:

  • Settings > Servero > Notifications

Tips​

  • Keep push on for urgent updates.
  • If you turn push off in the app, you may still need to disable it in device settings.
