Team member profile
A teammate profile is the quickest place to confirm who someone is and which restaurants they can access.
Where to find it
- Open My Team and select a teammate
What you can see
- Photo, display name, and role
- Restaurant access
- Shared profile details such as favorite things, when available
What managers usually use it for
- Confirming that someone has access to the right restaurant
- Checking whether a role looks correct
- Verifying that a teammate profile is complete enough for the team to recognize
Tips
- If someone cannot see the right menu, SOPs, or roster, check restaurant access here first.
- Teammates can always open their own profile from My Account or More > My Profile.
