Edit menus

Use the Menu Editor to add, update, 86, or delete items for a restaurant.

Where to find it​

  • Tools > Menu Editor

Choose a menu kind​

At the top of the page, select the menu kind you want to edit:

  • Food
  • Cocktails
  • Wine

Add a new item​

  1. Choose the menu kind.
  2. Click Add first item (or New Item if the list already exists).
  3. Fill in the required fields and save.

Edit an existing item​

  1. Find the item in the list.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Update fields and save.

86 an item​

Use Mark as 86'd to mark an item as unavailable. Use Mark as Available to bring it back.

Delete an item​

Click Delete on an item and confirm.

Customize fields​

Click Custom Properties to add or edit custom fields for the selected menu kind.

Tips​

  • Use Refresh to sync the latest menu data.
  • If you do not see the restaurant, switch locations first.
